    I think Rick got a very good price on a VERY rare badge. Unless someone has moved the quality of the fakes up several notches, that one is absolutely real and original.

        Wow- a Poellath with the exact same rivet as my Observer's example! The one that everyone had never seen before and considered quite questionable! This Forum can be funny at times...BTW I like this badge!

          So Does Rittmeister!

          Ken Greenfield listed this one's twin, although it is a smooth, not ray-back, on his update yesterday for $1250! Die characteristics look almost identical, including the line in the crown.
