I can't tell you much about the EK. It looks OK in terms of not having any of the obvious wrong things I've learned from others here to look for.
I can tell you it doesn't go with that medal bar. That loose medal, the Main Armee Cross, probably goes there. The ribbon where the EK is hooked is the common one for the three 1866 campaign crosses.
i think its ok - but it do not belong together.
the ek is on the playce for the main armee cross.
and if someone let make a bar for his awards he would have attached a ribbon for the ek, too.
because the last medal (rememberance medal for the 1870/71 war was issued AFTER tha ek).
so, a nice bar and a nice ek - not togehter but each alone, nice!
