    Time for a cold one

After a hard day's work it's time to sit back with your favorite beer in your favorite stein.

The lid's inscribed to W. Schwarz. I have no idea what a Stellu. Schriftführer is, but he was one.

Tom-- you obviously need a housekeeper to clear up all that clutter. I'm sure some of the guys would be nice and help you clean up a bit!

Where's that beer from?--not a brand I've encountered up heyuh.

That's the Dep. Secretary's mug from down to the VFPW Post.

Warsteiner, Königin unter den Bieren, made in -where else - Warstein, Germany, since 1753. Practice makes perfect.

        Sam's Club carrys Warsteiner

That is a neat stein, Tom.

The Walmart out in Greg Walden's neck of the woods not only carrys bier, but it carrys Weizenbier, if I recall correctly.

          Hey guys,

I do not want to spoil the fun (great workbench and Stein!) but Warsteiner is a "Pils" and is enjoyed out of a Pils (fluted) glass, not a Stein, which is more for a regular beer what we call "Export" or in Bavaria "Helles". Tsk, tsk, the Germans and their regulations.

          Cheers, & enjoy, Frank

            Hey Frank!

My favorite is Augustiner Helles. Followed by Schneider Weiss and Klosterbrau Skt. Emmeram's.
            Ring any bells?

Frank, sorry for the lapse in etiquette, but when you're thirsty enough you'll drink out of an old boot.

Well--it is time here for a Zoller Hof. Fresh in from a good friend in Southern Germany! Off with the shoes and cheers to all! Mike

These threads are getting kinda Kneipe-ish. What say we move to the bar?

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm, Warsteiner! Love it, also like Paulaner HefeWeitzen with a touch of lemon.

Been looking for a couple of beers, but no luck down here so far. Preußen Pils and Stuttgarter Hofbräu...
