WW I decorations GL Ernst-August Roth?

Hello! Does anyone have a 1927 German Navy Rangliste? I'm looking for the WWI decorations of Luftwaffe Generalleutnant Ernst-August Roth. He served in the German Navy from 3 Jan 1916-31 Mar 1928:

Leutnant zur See: 17 March 1918
Oberleutnant zur See: 1 April 1922
Charakter als Kapitänleutnant: 31 March 1928 (separated from the Navy on this date)

The 1926 Naval Rank List shows him with the Iron Cross 2nd Class and the emblem for "naval flyers' commemorative badge," which I believe to be in error--ALL ex-flyers are so designated there. Since he only served as a pilot with a Sea-Flying unit for 15 months 1917-18, he should have actually only had the Sea Pilot Badge. Rick
