It's for a retired Army pilot. Looks like the pin is replaced at least.

I miss the holes on the reverse. this are usual on hollow pieces. I think this one are massiv.

Don't like piece. As it was mentioned, the details are soft on the front and on the reverse; the ridge that runs inside the wreath circumference loses definition near the bottom knot. Never saw that before. Even on a piece that has been heavily worn.
