Hi, I have one , mine does not have the oval brass surround but the Taube aircraft is exactly the same ,mine has a plated over reverse and a name scratched on the back plate. Nice piece !! Ferg1.Comment

It's a patriotic piece ,yes but it is still Imperial German aviation history so they usually make fairly good money. I bought mine along time ago so it was only £20 or so. Ferg1.Comment
