Ron,
That is a nice cross. I can not name the maker right off hand but
I am sure if you check the data base you can match the core
details. Being a double screwback with cruciform backplate is
makes it a highly sought after variation no matter who made it.

These are the types of crosses that keep me interested in this
hobby.
