Nice cross, Antti. That's the first one I've seen with the squared "teat" for the eye. Since I'm too lazy to look up my old post here's my 1813 again.

Thanks, Tom. Looking at the core and it's details+the narrow frame, I'm guessing that your cross is earlyer then mine, I'm i correct?

It looks like we're having an 1813 convention here! It's great to get all these wonderful examples on one thread. Great job.

Tom, if you look carefully at the regular size EK you posted for me you will also see a shorter version of the squared "teat". My EKs "teat" looks to have been trimed back to the lower line that shows on Antti's cross. I will have to take the time to study both frames closer to see if they are similar. The cores are all different.

Maybe we can get Biro to post pictures of his 1813 here also for ease of comparison. It would be one stop viewing for 5 different 1813s. Where else can you find so many rare examples in one place? I love this forum!
