Hi there, I posted my pictures of my KAG-marked 1914 EK2 medal to identify its initial KAG marked on this EK2's suspension ring. I got it off eBay last year.

KAG mark on the suspension ring

Close up picture of KAG mark on this 1914 EK2's suspension ring. I had to take close up picture of this KAG mark with help from my loupe. It was not very easy to hold my digital camera and loupe at same time. It was real best effort I can do on my 1914 Iron Cross 2nd medal. Thanks! James

Nice, original KAG. KAG is a somewhat common maker of
both 1st and 2nd class Eks. However we still do not know who
KAG was.
