Four ribbons - two Bavarians (MKO or MVK), an EK2 and a Bavarian LS. It's the classic "Bavarian" type ribbon mount.

This is a three place ribbon bar in a pretty common style for war time to 1930s south German region, using two ribbons to represent each award. And it is NOT for two MVKs/MVOs.

Furthermore, MVK is more likely with the long service award as officers got no LSAs until they had 24 years of service but EMs/NCOs got LSAs with just nine years - and the war counts twice.
