Baden medal bar

So I am trying to figure out this medal bar. Can anyone give me any info on it? Thanks for looking. this is my first post and I hope the photos show up.

Nice medal bar. The combination is pretty odd as the German awards are mostly NCO only awards while the Austrian red cross awards is for officers. He may have been comissioned in the meantime.

But NOTE the ribbon on decoration #2. I think this has been altered. I suspect this once belonged to a elderly AsstArzt.. The Austrian red cross award is what is unusual here, otherwise it's a bar to an elderly Prussian NCO who was active in the veterans' league into the TR..
