My guess - looking at that very Godet/Meybauer style crown - would be closer to 1914 at best.

The reverse detail is very poor...

Certainly not one of the 'recognised' 1870 EK2's.

At best it is a post Jubilee cross (as Marshall mentioned) Judging
from the very week reverse detail, it might be sand cast copy.
