              Your bid was an evidence for your good taste. A lot of different Brunswick stick pins were made, but this one is insteresting because it looks very, very similar like an Imperial cap skull (details like teeth etc.).

                  Glad to! What a superimpressive Totenköpfchen here .. Heres my very little skullie; a 17. Braunschweiger Infantry Regiment stickpin, I beleive could also be 92. Braunschweiger Infantry Regiment. Not a very big item but surely very nice! Maybe this was worn by hussars on civilian cloths? Or were these more worn by the ladies or wifes of the hussars?

                        just found this thread which I came upon trying to get smart about a TK I found at a little collector shop. very informative, and even amusing sometimes; a wealth of detail - thanks to all!
