ebay 1870 ?

OK--Here is another 1870 Ek1 on ebay. So far 39 bids on it
and up to $1200.

My vote is

The date does not match what I have on file as a known Wagner date.
Plue that I.Wagner makers stamp is one of thee most copied.
Too many red flags for me.

Besides all of that--Has there EVER been an authentic 1870 EK1 on ebay ?
