Imperial Award Identification in Soldbuch?

Could someone advise me the 2nd award shown on the page of this WW2 issue Kriegsmarine officer's Soldbuch? The award I assume is Imperial - this officer also served in WW1.

It reads something like: "Ritterkreuz II. Klasse K.V. Albrechtsord??? mit Schwertern."

The Albrechts-Orden belonged to the Kingdom of Saxony, so I'm not sure what the K.V. stands for.

Mike, I think it's weird handwriting, and says k.S., or koeniglich Saechsisches, which translates to imperial Saxon.

I was really thrown off, because K.S. was what I expected to see, but it sure looks like K.V.

Please compare the "S" with the "S" in "Schw."

At the risk of stateing the obvious, the award is with swords, so there is most likely a version without swords also.

Nice little soldbuch to a Saxon LtdR in WW1 I reckon who later went into signals in WW2?
I'll wager he was a Major+ in 1940.

The Soldbuch is actually Kriegsmarine. He reached the rank of Fregattenkapitaen.
