EK 1, 800 silver, opinions please

This one is supposed to have a 800 silver mark (not really visible here), no maker´s mark. Looks good to me, do you all agree?

I don't see anything wrong with it. I have a similar one -- not an exact match (different core and hinge; same pin, marked 800) -- but similar.

Yep!
Just take a very close look at the hallmark.
Sometimes EKs that have that particular sheen to the reverse can end up being 900 or higher-- particularly if they are vaulted examples.

Looks fine to me. The pin looks a little like the ones used on u-boat badges. Is it a square one?
