    Looking at the photo, I think that there are chances that the piece could be an original piece.

    Actually, a better picture would be of greater help to give a proper answer.

      Not a good picture, but looks like an original 2nd Class Knight's Cross with Swords to me.

        This looks suspicious to me. It looks like a one sided Gode. It does not appear to have the typical split ring (like on a key chain). You really need to see the back. I would not buy this piece based on this picture.

          Just check if the green translucent elements are made of glass and if the centre medallion is in real enamel.

          Göde copies are cast in a light metal alloy, with synthetic enamels; original Zähringer Löwen are always made in the best jeweller's quality.

          Yes, a better picture would have helped a lot...
