What denotes this bar as a Kriegsmarine bar? the fact it has blue cloth on the back? just curious

Hi. Yes, the backing. Most of the Kriegsmarine bars were backed with Navy blue backing. Also the dealer i got it off denoted it as Kriegsmarine.
