Signature of a General

I got this award document of a Kriegerverein - award.
There is an original signature of a retired general of the artillery on it, the president of the Kriegerverein.
Any chance to put a name to that signature ?

I think it is von Horn, he was a General in the Reichsheer (3. Division).
