    5-place ribbon bar.....please help!

    Hello everyone,

I have had this ribbon bar for a few months now, but I have been unable to determine what the 2nd and 3rd place ribbons are. They're the same. Any ideas? Thanks to all.

    Very nice!!!
I tried to find information about the second and third ribbon but no luck so far. They look like from Schwarzburg - Rudolsdadt or Sondershausen. But not sure. Maybe some older collector can advise you.

Your ribbon looks to me like it is for Brunswick, the Ernst-August War Cross 1914, Non Combatant...except the swords on your ribbon would not make sense for a non-combatant.
Here is a nice list, but I don't see your ribbon on it. Another mystery. Ammersee

Could also be a Saxony award

        Friedrich-August-Medaille am Kriegsband

there was a silver and bronze level of that one not sure about the swords though. I not sure if the bars were blue or white but it was yellow?

I had the same thought for a bronze and silver FA medal but the swords make no sense to me. Could be a add on option by the wearer I suppose but I don't believe they were authorized. Can we see the reverse of the bar.

                  My thoughts exactly

With no other AH awards ???

                  I would say Nassau Military Decoration . . . it had 2 tiers . . . gold & silver
