There are a few keen collectors of these but they are very few and far between.
Main reason they are usually very cheaply made and it is almost impossible to get any info on them.

One or two collections I have seen over the years were very local in flavour and only appeal to the specialist. The collection of all the ephemera from the 16th Bavarian Reserve Infantry Regiment reunions meeting etc was one I have seen

It is sort of like collecting campaign buttons some are worth pennies others big $$$ only if some one would want it.

Unless this is only a few $$ (<10) I would pass, It may take you a long time to find someone to buy it from you if ever.
