    Prussian document

I will try and post a scan of a Prussian document signed by Wilhelm II as King of Prussia, not the Emp. of Germany so I assume it is Prussian. It does not look like a medal or an order award but I can not read the script. Can anyone tell us what it is? A translation would not be needed , just a simple description would be great. Thanks, Fred
Some thing is wrong with the site? I can't add the scan.

    Fred,
e-mail me the scan and I'll post it as an FTP.

        Posted for Fred.
At first glance it seems to be an appointment of one Solomon Frölich to the Chamber of Commerce of Lossel. http://www.mypage.ewol.com/wildman/Fred's Doc.jpg Doc.jpg

Hey, wassamadda-U, can't get things shrunk to Seba's "pixie" size and plonked in as attachments?

This 20 February 1911 document makes Fabrikant (Manufacturer) Solomon Fröhlich in Cassel a brevet ("charakterisiert) Kommerzienrat-- a title I cannot find any equivalent for, but seems to indicate a superior professional status like doctors who were made "Sanitätsrat" or accountants/paymasters titled "Rechnungsrat." Betcha he was in line for a nice shiny Order at some point, too.

          I don't find him in the 1908 Ordens-Almanach.

Fröhlich isn't a Jewish name, which the first name would seem to imply.

Many thanks to both Tom and Rick for their help with this. Fred
