I concur with Don on both points! Good K.O. , hinge appears to be re-soldered. Sometimes you find the needles out of alignment after a repair-the theory being to give more tension against the hook-

I agree, a good KO. However, if there are any repairs I would pass unless this is going very cheap. This is too common a piece to accept one that has repairs. Wait for a better one.
