The guy received the Sayxony "Friedrich August Medaille in Bronze" (9.9.1918) and earlier
(9.6.1918) the EK II.

14.12.1915 near Krewo (a town near Vilinius/Lithuania) he was ill with Nierenentzündung
( nephritis)

It might be "Ehren" rather than "Erinnerungs". Either way, it looks like it might be a postwar addition, which could make more sense.
