Militarpass

The handwriting in these can be daunting to decipher. Not all of these WWI IDS are inexpensive. U-Boat, Aviation and officer passes can be pricey - like their Dritte Reich counterparts.

In post 21-what are the units these men served in?
On the right-do I read that correctly as an Austrain memorial medal?
I note that veryone in your books so far got their wound badges in the summer of 1918.

both of those passes are to same man, one issued in 1908, other later
so the info for the medals is the same,
i think he did win the austrian medal though,tough to make out the writting.
