    Double marked WWI iron crosses

Has this ever happened where the pin on the medal is double stamped?

    Yes, I'm back

A double mark on a WW 1 Iron Cross? That question is better asked in "Imperial."

Are these medals more rare than others?

Rolf, all the double-stamped 1914 EKs I have seen were 3rd Reich period replacements. There is a 4/L16 cross on Ebay right now

The cross looks fine to me, even if his pricing is a bit high. This guy sells "kosher" stuff for the most part, he just sold several beautiful buntmetal assault badges.

What flak helmet are you talking about, pray tell?
