Whats a decent price to pay for a basic WW1 EK1? I dont care about maker. It can be the most common for all I care. I am just wanting a nice represenative piece. Also looking for basic medals to start a collection.

Hi Paul,
You should be able to pick up a common 1914 EK1 for between US$90 and 130 - auction prices. Buy from certain big name dealers and you could pay twice as much. Condition and maker will affect the price. The most common imo are the flat-backed crosses stamped "KO" below the catch.
