Strangest makers mark position on an EKII 1914

I got this one from ebay. I am not sure if this is a true women-bow or only the bow sometimes used to wear the EKII. There is no pin on the back.

But the strangest thing is the makers mark. There is something which looks like a "D" (Deumer???) stamped in the SIDE of the big ring, not on its front or back! If you think you know all variations, always a new one comes up *sigh*

Btw. the frame is frosted. Maybe a cross from the 20s or 30s.

I'd say that is simply a ribbon folded and cut for display that way, maybe in a frame.

Women's bows almost always have "swallow tails" hanging down from the "bow tie."

Yes, maybe. But that makers mark...
