I've got this Militärpaß of the bavarian Landsturmmann Karl Konrad Meyer. There is a blue paper bag glued on the first page of the Militärpaß, but for what? My first thought was that it is the award bag for the EKII.

I really must get around to writing a guide to Militärpässe and the incredible variants you can find.
The page that was pasted over it in the first image is probably a page detailling "Angehörige" or possibly his replacement unit.
What regiment did "your man" serve with and what awards did he receive?

He got only the EKII which I have too. He got it on October 28, 1918, so I think it was maybe a "donated" EK. He saw only action in Lothringen (Stellungskämpfe) in 1918 and served in the 2. MG-Komp./BayrLandwInfReg 4.Comment
