another Silesian eagle order

I was looking at some old threads concerning Silesian eagle orders and realized that they were all a bit different than the one that I have. Has anyone seen one like this with 4 rivets and a strange back design? It also has a makers mark? does anyone recognize who it is?

From the shape of the pin on the reverse and from the crest (symbol) of the maker's mark it looks like a Paul Meybauer piece.

Is that Meybauer mark RAISED, not stamped in??!!
