New rank for a bavarian MVK 1 with swords

After I saw this great group here

I think we can add the "Feldhilfsarzt" to the ranks which were eligible for the MVK 1st class. This rank should be an equivalent to a Feldwebelleutnant as doctor. Very interesting...

There was also an equivalent rank for Veterinarians: Feld-Hilfsveterinär. These were qualified doctors without prior military service in the reserves.

Bizarrely enough, paymasters (Zahlmeister) and Pharmacists (Apotheker) who may even have held a peacetime MMO4 were slighted during the war and although holding officer status, given MVK1Xs.
