nice 1870 ek2, good or bad??

A good friend of mine mailed me these pics.
I am still not sure about this piece, 1870 ek's are copied very well and I am not really in to these.

Please give me your opinions, is it a keeper or should it be returned to the seller??

Hi Ben,
Sorry to say that this cross is a fake.
This one is commonly called the " 9th bead fake ". If you
look at the crown, you will see that the 9th bead from the
left is oversized and there for tend to show more wear than
rest making it easy to spot. This style of cross was featured
as Detlav's fake of the weak some time ago.

I will tell my friend the verdict so he can return it to the seller.
