As Lewjian said in your "other" post, cross looks to be a good
one. My best guess is that it is a Wagner made piece. If you
check out this thread from just a couple days ago you will see
some a couple other nice examples.

I would also agree with all the above. Good cross, probably Wagner - who knows about the ribbon - not enough in shot to comment on.
In your other thread you said you were being offered the cross for '300' - but you didn't specify the currency. I'm assuming that as you're from Ohio, its $US and not euros - which would be an extremely low price for a genuine 1870 EK2 - even a Jubilee era piece...
