Looking for information on a 1914 EK2 case that has green acorn and oak leaf pattern with silver EK logo on lower right corner lid . Inside is white with "Der Dank Des Vaterlandes". Thanks, Vaughan.

That's the one! Thanks for pic. So authentic then, would a set with this type of case be desirable? I've read that there is many variations of 1914 cases and Iron Time 2nd Ed. has selection, sadly don't have copy. I'd only seen the black cases before.Comment

Among cased awards, I would think this one is the more unusual in its quality. I don't have many cased awards so would defer to those that do. SteveComment
