        Has anyone noticed the "W" on all these cores?....

        The middle top of the W is slightly slanted to the right. Is this a feature common to the Deutscher Officer's ferein cores? Here is a copy of my unmarked (except for 800) EK1 with the same "W" (it was previously discussed as being original). As in Ron P's original post, my cross is also "very thin and delicate".

            the w is distinktive fore this maker ,,jou notist a verry importand thing there
            i an glad someone is wrely looking close to what he has in his hand .
            my compliments

            but the 1914 even more so,,look at that one

            the crown,,,,
            until now i have not seen a lookalike crown sofare


            a nice d.o.f (deutscher offiziers ferein) then

            glad somewone is getting somthing out off this thread..
