Prussian or a Saxony Medal?

Is this a Prussian or a Saxony Army long service 15 yr Cross? The reason I ask is because I have seen it listed on Detlev’s web-site as both. See item # 368 under “Orders and Medals of Imperial Germany – Kingdom of Saxony” and item # 1705 under “New Item – 3 Piece Medal Bar" of the June 20th update.
