Hi Bob. I'll try to help you. That's an Urkunde or Award document for the Preußisches Kriegs- Erinnerungs kreuz or Prussian conmemorative cross for service in the ww1. It was not an oficial third reich award, but it was official at the level of Prussia if I'm not mistaken, as many other Länder did with other awards to conmemorate service of soldiers during the ww1. I hope it helps!
