This is a fairly common 3rd class version of the Red Cross medal--relatively inexpensive; maybe $20-30 by itself. With the case, possibly double that price?

Somehow, I doubt the name would add too much to the combination, unless you could definitely trace the name to a person during the war--to me, a name written on the back isn't necessarily a guarantee that this was the original recipient (for all we know, that could be my real name...! )
