1875 Crown Order doc. sign. Wilhelm 1

I found this doc for sale with the description below and pictures. I am not verly familiar with pre-1900 docs. An opinion are appreciated. Does it look good? Value? Thanks

interessante Urkunde doppelseitig (Doppelblatt) aus dem Jahre 1875 für den Groherzoglich Badischen Kammerherrn Stadtdirektor und Kreishauptmann Freiherr August Goeler von Ravensburg zu Baden Baden, den Kronenorden zweiter Klasse . Original Unterschrift Wilhelm . Die Urkunde wurde zweimal gefaltet und leicht angeschmutzt / gedunkelt noch sehr schön erhalten für fast 130 Jahre.

Lord, it looks like that document has been under houseplants or used as roof leak stuffing all these years-- the water stains on the paper are incredible.

Looks like purely "relic" condition to me, from that foxing, splotching, discoloration... ...

Are those not colour distortions from the crappy camera the picture was taken using?
That does not at all look like water damage but for whatever reason occurred when the picture was taken. May have even been a 32-bit picture then dropped down to 16 or even 8-bit to save on file size.

I hope so! Then it would be great, although my references do not go back that far for such a senior civil servant.

Interesting to see that Wilhelm FIRST's flashy signature was obviously what his grandson modelled HIS "John Hancock" on!

                I lost it

It went for over $151 Euros. Probable a good deal.
