Well, thanks to detlev's awesome new, blinding-fast hardware upgrade I managed to snag this pretty little puppy this AM! How many BMVO's have you seen on the "Beamter" Ribbon? I know Claudio has a couple examples of the BMVK on this ribbon, but I don't recall seeing the BMVO before today. I know I've only seen the ribbon on a ribbon bar ONCE! Check out my bar!

Wow! Very nice Rick... Nice and clean... very interesting because ot the Beamten ribbon! Too bad, for the tiny chip on the back, but it doesn't detract too much from the all set. It would interesting to see the markings on the MVO4X.

There are 544 of this class on the award rolls, so say about 600 or so with the ones that didn't get published. I have a pair of ribbon bars to the same recipient and have had four or five ribbon bars with these.
What is noteworthy with Mister Retired-Person's new bar is:
1) NO Bavarian Military Jubilee, 1905 or 1911-- so this guy was probably some category of "war's duration" official
2) the Prussian RCM3 is the round gilt type last awarded 1914/15.
