Map "Matrosen Regiment 5" - your opinion

Your opinion, this map military, educational or other applicability.
On one side of a map – military positions.

    On another – Holland?

It is a military map. Matrosen-Regiment Nr. 5 was a naval infantry regiment, part of the 2nd Naval Division (2.Marine-Division). The map is marked "Secret" ("Geheim"). It is a map of Nieuwpoort on the Belgian coast, where the Yser River enters the sea.

      Thanks Dave !
Still such question – military positions and color (the dark blue and red) inscriptions printed together with a map, instead of are put on a map by a pencil. This characteristics feature is normal for that period?

The blue stamp in one of the photos, though hard to read, does include the word "Vermessung" ("survey"). The map is from the military mapping/survey service, and was probably prepared with the fixed positions shown. That part of the front was relatively stable, so the main lines didn't move that much.
