I don't see any problems with the cross or the case. Many 1914 EK2s were unmarked, so that is not an issue.

I used to collect cased 1914 and 1870 EK2s. I had about 70 of these. This is a common case and looks nice. The clasp looks good. I used to track marks in 1914 EK2s when I had over 100 of them. I would say about 1/2 were marked.Imperial German Medalbars and RibbonbarsComment
