It's most likely CD 800. Very nice quality on crosses with that mark, a nice catch!

as far as I know, it's war time made. WWI EK2's made during the 30-40's are quite different in appearance. I do not have any pictures at the moment but send me a pm and I'll send you pics of a post war example.
