Shoulderboard help

I know absolutely nothing about Imperial Uniforms so I have I quick question...

What unit can I attribute this shoulderboard to and what sort of uniform would it be worn upon?

Any info is greatly appreciated!

Hi Brian,
I assume it is dunkelblau backed, or not backed and just sewn together? If so, it is from Fußartillerie-Regiment Encke (Magdeburgisches) Nr.4 Magdeburg IV Armee Korps. Here is my example, not yet up on my web site, from AF8.
