    1813 Cross

    Hi

Well not exactly but looks to me like a copy of the cross on page 16 of 'The Iron Time'. Any other thoughts?
    cheers

      Some questions...................

      Weight?

      Dimensions?

      Magnetic?

These answers would be helpful to know.

Judging just from the looks in the pics the finish is applied and doesn't seem to be very old.

        Hi

        11.2 grams

Quite small at just over 1 1/4 inches top to bottom and the same side to side.

        Magnetic-Yes

Were these made? I thought it was just a single prototype of the kings design?

So that would mke this a copy of a piece that has never existed?
Just goes to show that there is no end to what they will copy.

            regards

No, I am not saying that. It was a question I had because that was my understanding. I am not sure that I am correct.

I see. Perhaps someone will know if these were ever produced?

                regards

Comparing the pic in the book and this one posted up top I would say not even close. The details and semetry are all wrong.

                    Hi Don

Yes I totally agree. It just suprised me to see it in the book as this has been laying around in a draw for quite some time and I never knew what it was. At least I now now what it is supposed to be a copy of.

                    cheers

These were produced, but only as collectors copies. I don't know when they were made, or where, but I've seen a number of them.
