Turkish lifesaving medal (one of them)

Italian Order of Saints Maurice and Lazarus,

Saxon Loyal Labor (or something like that, I'm winging it here, too lazy to descend into the caverns to find the ribbons ID book. It's dark down there at night and there are scary noises in the shadows! ).

Fine looking bar, no problems. Priced too high?

Probably Saxon Labor Medal, a civilian award that will occasionally show up in groups. I think this bar was even on the eStand awhile back.
