Austrian Trifold 1914

I recently received this trifold and it appears not to glow under uv but what does every one else think

I do not see anything to be alarmed about. How wide is the ribbon?
A true Austrian trifold ribbon (made in Austria) will have a 40mm
wide ribbon compared to the smaller Prussian ribbon.

The construction and stitching looks right. Would feel even more comfortable with it if the eyelet and hook were brass. Hard to tell from the pic color. But I like the way it looks. Steve

When I read your other post I thought you said it did glow under black light. This sent up alarm bells. But since that part is good, I will defer to those who answered above. This is a style I have yet to pick up myself.

A 1939 EK2 on a trifold is going to be very, very hard to find. I have only had 1 in the last 10 years. Good luck finding it.

What would be really rare is a 1914 EK2 NK ribbon trifold. I have never seen one.
