    OCL2X 1918. Graf von Bernstorff liberated Tampere/Tammerfors.

This is post 1938 (after Anschluss) precedence, an ORIGINAL bar of the "flat bottom Prussian" style so currently beloved of parts butchers. This one was bought in 1964 in England by Col. C.M. Dodkins.

EK2; Oldenburg FAK2; Austro-Hungarian Mil Merit Cross 3 w/War Decoration (the wreath); WW1 Honor Cross X; Finnish Cross of Liberty 2nd Class, Military Suspension, 1918 reverse; Finnish 1918 Independence War Medal.
