Is this a WW1 visor?

I posted this in the WW2 cloth headgear section but I think there is a chance that it is actually WW1 in origin.

It's a veteran's association visor, for veteran's of WW1, but you can see swazticas in the design so it is of the TR era. I would check the insignia. There is one on the estand that has a differnt cockade and the aluminum eagle. Maybe both were used maybe both or only one are right. Either way 100 bucks isn't bad and you can always get the correct insignia.
