    I know its not the Original

    But is it a period display - Recent repro ??

    Appears to be silver gilt / enamelled cross / marked 800

          part of quite a large consignment is from a non nollector...
          had to break the bad news to him about all the WII repros... he wasn't best pleased....!!!

                Hi Stimpanzer,

                I would just like to add that while I have seen many copies of this piece over the years, I can not recall one with a case. That should be a plus, even for a copy.

                  Mark, have you black lighted the white silk in the case? IMHO and would realy need to see better photos I believe this to be circa 1960s' -1970's (to be earlier the white silk should not be synthetic and not shine, still I nice piece, have pm'd you, Paul
